|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
|Peak:||Escudilla Mountain-West Peak|
| Elevation:||10005 ft / 3049 m|
Ascent Trip ReportAs we started from saddle, we noticed what appeared to be the remains of an old road heading in the right direction so we took it. When we were due south of the summit we abandoned the road and made straight for the summit area. The summit is large and flat so determining the exact highpoint would be challenging. We walked around quite a bit and figured we must have covered it.
