Start: from SE, car park at Pont Pre la Joux, 5km SW of Chatel
Route: mapped marked route to summit
Difficulties: need to watch routefinding, but no real difficulties.
Trig point: 15cm granite block, X on top face, IGN on side.
Notes: Fine hill, essentially large separate pyramid, simple from S but fairly impregnable seen from N. Summit has low mast with solar panel, also 2 concrete bases. Just below is hollow of collapsed limestone cavern, which path passes through. Fine view, although distant peaks to S and E lost in haze and low cloud. Small car park at elev 1733m just below Lenlevay, with usual signboards, maybe accessible by car from Chalets de Lens to SW.
