Ascent Trip Report... hike up to NY/MA border was near level, clear & wide sailing becoming a steep climb to the Taconic Crest Trail which is much overgrown at this time of year. The trail heading north crosses a series of knobs offering glancing views east and west along the way, tho the PB coordinates are somewhat off southwest below climb to summit (N 42° 39.321 W 73° 17.891).
