Ascent Trip Report

Starting from Jewell Hollow Overlook, I ran northbound along the AT to this peak. I first checked out the west peak, making the short, easy bushwhack to the high ground. I then continued a short distance over to the east peak. I have no opinion on which is higher; they're close together and easy to reach, so I just visited them both and called it good.

It was a nice day, and I was feeling good, so I continued running along the AT until I reached Mary's Rock, which is the next named peak (and then I turned around and headed back). The total out-and-back distance was about 6.5 miles.
