Ascent Trip ReportI took a Boy Scout Crew to Summit Slide, Cornell, & Wittenberg which we did in two days. It rained all the way up the backside of Slide and, having arrived late, was dark by the time we made camp at the lean-to. Our crew was goig to Philmont in Aug 2006 so this was the closest and best place to show them what real elevation change was all about! Day two we summitted Cornell and Wittenberg in the heat and humidity. But they had a blast!
