Ascent Trip ReportAMC organized and led trip. Group consisted of four total. Trailhead was at Lafayette Place. Ascended via Falling Waters Trail to Little Haystack Mountain to Franconia Ridge Trail to Mt. Lincoln to Mt. Truman to Mt. Lafayette to Greenleaf Trail to Greenleaf Hut to Old Bridle Path to Trailhead. Weather was cool to start, warmed up, but ended up adding layers for warmth and wind protection above treeline and especially on ridge. Wind was westerly and felt like it was gusting to 30-40 mph which seemed to be changing to a constant wind. Great ridge hike with great views. Saw three gliders gliding around the summit of Lafayette.
