Ascent Trip ReportThe Crystal Springs Section Trail in the Teetertown Preserve aims nearly direct to within yards of Smith Benchmark and property line with my cornfield turnaround to within a third of a mile in exploring another trailhead while geocaching. The road entrance to the TH is located along Califon Rd just south of Ascot Drive at a sign and drive reading "51-55" Earler finishing at Smith BM, I met the nearby property owners who seemed welcoming and curious while unaware of the Cty HP and BM, showed them photo of same. They told me there are limits to development between Hunterdon and Morris Counties which may keep this summit accesable.
