Map: 1:25k: 3429ET

Stats: 710mH, 5km

Time: 25 Aug 06, ascent 0:55, descent 0:35

Start: from SE, 0.3km along D6, small pull-in s side of road by Cross (normally from Larroz or Preles - access prevented by roadworks)

Route: mapped cart track via la Grange, joining main mapped “red” track at Larroz, leading to summit

Difficulties: some steep slippery sections

Trig point: none mapped nor found.

Notes: Nice walk, fine view across urban valley to mountains beyond; impressive cliffs S side of summit. Intended to start at Larroz (830m), but closure due to roadworks necessitated route through private land. Hard to believe this hill has 600m prominence, but 741m col at Chatillon seems clear enough.
