Ascent Trip ReportThe road to the Johnson Lake trailhead is passable by standard passenger cars. The Johnson Lake trail is in great shape until it climbs to the Pyramid Peak ridge where it had a couple of challenging spots. Also the initial grade up that slope is the steepest anywhere on the trail.
The final ascent from the trail to the summit had some loose rocks but was mostly stable.
