Ascent Trip ReportWe had spent the night in Elk Pass and started from there to hike Colvin. I thought that this would be a rather easy hike, but it was more work than I thought it would be. We dropped our packs at the junction and headed up for both Colvin and Blake with 2 nalgene bottles of water. The views from the top of this mountain were excellent of the great range.
