Ascent Trip ReportThird time lucky! After two failed winter attempts, I had to cheat and sneak in for a summer ascent. The Hodder bash is much more pleasant when your feet are not numb, and the rocks in the gorge more forgiving when not covered in a hard frost!
There was very little snow, but enough to get the axe out for and to get a good glissade back down.
