Ascent Trip ReportThis peak makes a great conditioner for those who live close to the Provo area. With an elevation gain of about 2700' from the parking area and mileage of 7.6 round trip, it is a good way to enjoy a few hours in the out of doors and get some conditioning in. My round trip time was about 4 1/2 hours but I'm slower going uphill (isn't everyone). About three hours up and 1 1/2 hours down. Met just a few on the trail after the fork.
