Ascent Trip ReportDirections to the mailbox are pretty spot on. Once you park you basically just follow the old, worn in path about a mile up to a little gate, cross through the gate and then continue to walk the path that follows the fence line up the hill on your left.
The hike is roughly 1.5-2 miles but pretty easy and the top is quite beautiful with unobstructed 360 views. If you have time go check out the sand below where you might get lucky and find a fossil.
