Ascent Trip ReportTable Rock the Hard Way
After several lesser snow banks, my 4x4 was stopped by deep snow at the junction of Rds 64 and 6437. That made for a little more than 13 miles RT with about 10 of those on snow. Fortunately, the snow was solid enough that I did not have to put snowshoes on.
If you scramble up to the saddle north of the peak, there is a way trail on the west side that leads to the summit, or you can scramble the ridge line to the top.
It doesn't look like the summit road will be melted out until the end of June, at the earliest.
