Ascent Trip ReportAs the counties in Sweden are politically divided areas, they are sometimes also changed. The Hjortmosseberget was the county highpoint until the border was moved when the Heby township moved from the Västmanland county to the Uppsala county.
Now, the Upplandsberget is the highest point in this county. It is 118 m above sea level. You can find it at N 59°58.266' E 17°05.291'
We made a short trip from home town Västerås to visit both the old and the new highpoint.
