Ascent Trip Report

It was a clear spring day. Once we reached the treeline it became very windy. We attempted to ascend to the summit via Edmand's Path/Crawford Path but once we got to the exposed ridge it became too windy. We got wind burn from just being exposed less than 10 minutes. We decided to turn back fearing the wind would only become stronger on the final ascent into the exposed summit. Going down was slow due to ice and slippery rocks. Some parts we were able to slide down on our butts, it was fun!

We'll have to go back
