Ascent Trip ReportEvening hike to monument atop New Jersey highpoint. We parked at the visitor centre outside the park gate, which was closed, and walked along the east side of the lake on the way in and west side on the return. Very dark and extremely windy night, making for nice views of the lights from neighbouring townships.
