Ascent Trip ReportThere are three candidates for this HP, and I couldn't figure out which one was higher. If you are coming in from the west on RT 548, the southwest high point is a quick bushwhack south. There is parking along the road (near a creepy red high-heeled shoe that was laying all by itself on the side of the road). The second candidate (marked with the red circle on PB) is further down 548, then make a left on a NARROW sand road. With my Trailblazer, I was scraping the sides in early spring. Later in the season this is likely a road hike. I parked at a trashy area, HP was a short bushwhack east. I was able to turn around (barely) then headed back out to 548. The northeast HP looks to be off Woods Road, but that was gated and closed. Go back west 50 yards to the high power wire right of way. You can drive this right to the highpoint, which is quicker than woods road anyway. Lots of 4wd and dirt bikes jaunting around here.
