Ascent Trip ReportI cross-country skied to the top of this one in the morning from the end of the snowplowed road in the subdivison to the north. It was very windy and overcast with occasional snow flurries. Near the top of the mountain, the bottom surface of one of my skis started peeling off and on the way down the other ski started peeling apart. I ended up removing them and just walking when I got back to the hardpacked snow mobile tracks. It was 23 degrees when I got back to the car at about 10:30 am.
