Ascent Trip ReportA pretty short hike that I had admired on a previous trip north on PCT from Ebbetts Pass Highway 4 to Kinney Lake with my wife who didn't feel up to climbing this peak. I came back this day with a dual mission of scouting out Highland Lakes and then the route towards Highland Peak from the top of Ebbetts Peak. Mostly class 1, I did put a hand down a few times, but it was more from loose rock than the pitch.
