Ascent Trip ReportI needed some hiking conditioning and this was a good one use for it. I had my snowshoes with me since I had to deal with some snow on the upper reaches of the mountain. I also got a feel for what had burned up there from the fire of a while back. I also was able to update my summitpost page for South Mountain. One negative was I did something nasty to a calf muscle when I did the splits on some mud.
