Ascent Trip Report

I actually ran up Camel's Hump in the days when I did such crazy things. I have to say that all-in-all it is less enjoyable to run up a mountain since you miss so many things. I plan to hike it again using the more strenuous route starting at the Winooski River. The summit was brilliant I could see all the way to Montreal. It is a fabulous alpine summit that is not to be missed. It was a fairly populated trail on a summer day and the run back down was hard on my knees. Next time I will take it slower and enjoy myself more!
