Ascent Trip ReportI went up Battle Creek canyon and made a ten mile hike out of this one. Met some Boy Scouts who were also doing a 10 mile effort but they came up from Dry Creek canyon and were looping down via the way I came up. Some great views from this special little mountain and it provided a great workout of the 10 miles and over 3000 feet of elevation gain. Highly recommend doing it the way I went but making a loop out of it.
