Ascent Trip ReportCross country eastbound on grazing land ...... 1.2 miles, 50 minutes RT
I approached from the east on Hwy 187, starting out just north of the Kerr/Bandera County line. I hopped the fence and hiked due east about .6 miles to the PB coordinates on the County Line, crossing a dirt track and walking under 2 power lines on the way. The grazing land is open woods with some dense patches, easy route on a rocky terrain. I have no way of locating the exact County Line. I walked the area around the Coordinates at the 2360 foot contour to ensure touching the HP, higher ground of this area is clearly in Kerr County to the north.
