After 2.2 miles cross a cattle guard and continue straight ahead. At 4.9 miles pass a ranch on the left and cross another cattle guard. The road turns toward the west with Pyramid Peak off to the left. At 5.8 miles pull off onto a dirt road on the right and park. UTM here is: 712000E, 3571437N.
