Ascent Trip Report

Turned north at Cottonwood Lakes, then climbed through a notch SE of the peak, then up the east face.
Old Army Pass was still choked with hard snow and the descent was quite interesting, up to 50 degrees in places.
It was good to reach the bottom! Next time, climb the extra 400 ft and use New Army Pass.
