Ascent Trip ReportEasy walk up sand dunes ...... 80 yards, 15 minutes RT.
We did this hike on the way east, together with the different Areas for Ocracoke Island HP. We stopped at Hwy 12, Mile Marker 78.1 and walked south 40 yards and eye-leveled the dunes for my chosen spot at GPS 35.15335, -75.85566.
