Ascent Trip ReportKeeping up my tradition of climbing a Catskill 3500 peak on New Years Day, I headed up to Hunter Mountain. Started on the Becker Hollow Trail around noon. Hit the snow about 3000 feet. Had to put on the crampons a few hundred feet above that. Fun climbing on ice and snow, a great way to open up 2012. Took a few photos on top, but didn't want to linger too long, had to get to lunch. Great hike!
