Ascent Trip Report

I started from the front door of the lodge after a pleasant lunch in the dining room with an impressive panoramic view. The trailhead is 0.1 mi. downhill from the lodge. Lots of people on the trail as the lodge was packed for New Years Eve. 1 mi. roundtrip from trailhead to hp and back. I walked the ridge trail a bit past the hp. A beautiful state park; my wife, unimpressed with highpointing, thoroughly enjoyed this excursion.
