Ascent Trip Report

Steady climb from Spooner Summit on well-maintained trail; a nice hike, overall. Open forest giving way to side hill views of the lake. Summit contains receiver station and is accessible by vehicle road, not attractive.

Bonus is surrounding area contains massive and crystalline garnet, epidote and even galena.
