Ascent Trip Report

This is another nicely isolated desert peak with incredible views.

The route I took (up the main SE wash, then up the ridge north of the wash, then across the intervening valley and up the northeast slope) was straightforward and easy to follow. The upper areas of the wash had a bit of class 3 (probably avoidable), but the rest was mostly class 1 with bits of class 2. That said, the loose rocks above 4,300' can make footing challenging, but it gets better once one hits the ridgeline of the ridge north of the wash.
