Ascent Trip ReportThere was a home-made sign stating that Lincoln Gap Rd was closed, but it only had a small patch of ice/snow at the pass (2400ft) so it wasn't too bad. Took the Long Trail north from Lincoln Gap past the Battell Shelter to the open summit. Enjoyed great views all around and ate lunch at the summit. Visited the plane wreck and headed back down to the gap. Stopped by Bristol Falls on the way out of the mountains. This was my second trip here, one of Vermont's finest mountains.
