Ascent Trip Report

Ken Jones and I went up Osgood canyon to where the road ends and hiked up from there. A steep hillside effort and a nasty traverse along the west side of the summit ridge led us to a place where we could get up to the summit. For our descent, we took a very direct route back down. See Ken Jones GPs info for an idea of the route we took. The best way is to go up our descent route instead of the way we went. It is steep but the footing is good. We had a bit of a scramble on the way we went up and don't recommend it.
