Ascent Trip Report

Followed the Jeep road from the end of Mountain Road to the summit by staying under the utility lines which lead to the microwave installation at the summit. Not a pretty hike... lots of garbage dumped about and I encountered several teenagers on ATVs and dirt bikes hanging out by the stone ruins not far below the summit. They were no trouble, just adding noise pollution to the already sorry condition of this mountain. Jersey can be a hard place to love.
