Ascent Trip ReportConstruction area... a debris pile still covers one of the candidate HPs. The roads in "Villanova Estates" are now partly paved, and what isn't paved has been laid out with cobblestone curbs. Given the state of the economy and how slow this construction project seems to be taking this should remain easily accessible for awhile. It does not appear that "Villanova Estates" will be a gated community when complete, it appears that the fencing is just for the interminable construction phase.
