Ascent Trip ReportIn the clouds as we hiked up Glen Boulder trail. A little beyond the Boulder we found ourselves above the clouds with great views of Carter Range along with the Presidentials. Continued on seemingly forever till reaching the cutoff for the Isolation trail. After decending into the Pemi we nearly headed in the wrong direction save for Peter checking the map (now there's a good idea). The march to the summit was more frustrating than it needed to be as I blew past the summit cutoff and proceeded another half mile before turning around. Summit was non descript as we were back in the clouds. Route home on Rocky Branch featured a hike through a water filed, narrow trail. We slipped and slided along getting boots, socks, and feet nice and soaked. Happy to be done with it !
