Ascent Trip ReportStarted at the valley floor and hiked the 4 mile trail (actually 4.8 miles!) up to Glacier Point, then continued up to Sentinal Dome another 1.5 miles and 1,000 feet higher. Beautiful view the whole time - but lots of crowds at glacier point (due to road) and sentinal dome (due to other trailhead 1.1 miles away). But we started early and had most of the hiking trails to ourselves. Incredible views during lunch on sentinal dome - could have sat there all day!
