Ascent Trip Report

On Sep 23rd, Pete, Darcy, Ken, Claudette, Kevin, Jim, Jonathan, Anne, Nancy, Doug, Jeff, Ki Hi and I met at Acadia National Park around 8AM. We did some car spotting on Route 3 to do traverse hike at Champlain Mtn, Huguenot Head, Dorr Mtn and Cadillac Mtn. We started from Precipice Trail on Park Loop Road, then, Beachroft Trail, passed near by The Tarn Lake. Then, hiked up to Dorr Mtn. From there, we used Notch Trail to reach the highest point, Cadillac Mtn. From the summit, we took Cadillac South Ridge Trail, passed The Dike Peak, hiked out to Route 3 parking lot. Although it was foggy day, I enjoyed hiking at Acadia National Park with fun hikers!
