Ascent Trip Report

Took various trails up from the lodge with my 5 year old son and 2 dogs. Watch out for mountain bikers. They can pop out of nowhere in tight places. A group did this, spooked my dog who escaped his leash, and another biker hit my dog and crashed pretty badly. My panicked dog ran into the woods and it took 20 minutes for us (the bikers and me) to find him, and the biker was OK. For the safety of all parties we took the wide open ski runs down.
