Ascent Trip Report

An easy/very short loop climb on the caldera rim in the center of town..... 2km, 25 minutes RT.

This mountain separates the towns of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The TH Parking (located on the northeast side of the Mountain) is at the west end of Avenida Chayofita's south side service road (at the Condado apartments), west of Avenida Juan Carlos.
A paved "Paseo Peatonal" leaves the west side of the Parking and circles the foot of the mountain towards Las Americas, at 50 meters on the left is the posted TH sign for Montana Chayofita.

I climbed/circled clockwise the perfect caldera rim, the HP is on the east side, a large cairn with a small wooden cross marks the spot. The views of Los Cristianos and Las Americas (beaches and port) is outstanding, I forgot my camera.
