Ascent Trip Report I summited this on the last day of our 3 day hike from Hogpen Gap to Dicks Creek Gap. Starting from Addis Gap, the trail goes straight uphil and quickly reaches the crest of the ridge near the summit. From there, it took about 10 minutes of bushwacking to reach the summit. The hike down from Double Spring to Dicks Creek Gap was not kind to my knees.
