Ascent Trip Report We summited Tray Mountain on day 2 of our 3 day hike from Hogpen Gap to Dicks Creek Gap on the AT. After dropping off of Rocky Mountain into Indian Grave Gap we began the slow climb to Tray Mountain. The toughest part is just before the top when the incline gets a little steeper and your legs are burning. The view from the top was outstanding.
