Ascent Trip Report

I was meeting some friends at the coast and decided to knock this one out as a quick detour.

The hardest part is finding the right hill. Radio towers appear to have been moved since the USGS quad was published in 1979, perhaps to allow easier maintenance access.

Undoubtedly a shorter outing to approach from directly to the south of the summit, if you're sure you've got the right one. I had to drive a bit more (and higher) in order to take a bearing off of the towers on Green Mtn (a few miles south) before I was confident enough that I had the right peak to set out for the summit.
