Ascent Trip ReportWe hiked in on Friday to a leisurely and fairly pleasant camp near Paddy Go Easy Pass. A little snow lingering and water is available. Hiked down the trail the next morning and then hoofed it off-trail towards The Cradle. After reaching the ridgeline, and looking and what we had left and the time and the effort it seemed like maybe a little too much. Might have been able to make it but we would have been coming out real late. Trail down from Paddy Go Easy Pass seems unmaintained. Water at French Creek. No sign of established bootpath on route. Good scenery, but doesn't seem like a particularly appealing route. I'll be back.
