Ascent Trip ReportOne day scramble with Noel and Steve. Left Seattle at 1:30 on Friday, arrived at Cold Springs Camp and trail head at 8:45pm after eating dinner in Trout Lake. Tried to get a few hours of sleep with 0 success. Camp is ridiculously busy at all hours of the night, lots of rude people. Woke up (actually never went to sleep) at 1am, started hiking at 1:50am from 5600ft. Made it to the summit at 7:20am, 5.5 hours. Hung out for a little while, back to the car before 12. Beautiful weather, tons and tons of people coming up from the lunch counter, way better to do as a one day in my opinion.
