Ascent Trip ReportFrom the historical sign in Albion on Hwy 77, zero your odometer and drive south. At 5.7 miles turn right, at 11.8 miles pass the Bennett Springs Campground, at 12.8 pass the Pomerelle Ski Area, and at 17.1 miles reach the summit.
This is a great drive up on a paved road. Easy to find and great views. There is a fire lookout on the summit. It was closed when I was there. There is also a nice outhouse on the summit.
