Ascent Trip Report

My first high point; 9 weeks after knee surgery. The hike was short (about 2.6 miles round trip), but the climb was relatively steep (especially this soon after surgery). The trail was extremely well maintained and easy to follow - both to the Mount Frissell summit and the CT highpoint, which is only about 100 meters or so away. The Round Mountain summit is about halfway between the trailhead and Mt. Frissell.
