Ascent Trip ReportI ascended Mt. Straightback via Mt. Major's brook trail. One brook crossing was especially peaceful, with the sound of the brook bubbling... ahhh. Saw quite a few people on the brook trail. Upon leaving the brook trail, I was all alone the entire time on Straightback. What a contrast. I enjoyed blueberries and the views on the summit. I want to do this one again via Jesus Valley Road. I went to the summit of Major before leaving for the day.
