Ascent Trip Report

This was mostly a road walk from the pass to the highpoint which was about a mile hike with 700 feet of elevation gain (counting the ups and downs). Towards the end, I had to go cross country a short distance to try and find the highest point, not easy to do with terrain. Eric Willhite posted a good report with pics on his willhite web page. He called it "Cascade Springs Hill" but that
was his designation and not an official name. He has a map and some nice pictures. I found no benchmark nor register. I did leave some pink surveyors tape at the area that I felt was the highest spot.
