Ascent Trip ReportTwo of us started around the Rock City area and took the Summit Trail all the way up (we did take a shortcut that was shorter but steeper). We found the trail markers slightly confusing, but a couple fellow hikers straightened us out.
The hike is moderately strenuous - probably a 6/10 in the summer heat, and took us about 6 hours with a lot of time taking pictures at the top. Views at the top are worth it though. You can see A LOT of land around you.
For a little diversity, on the way back we took the Juniper Trail to Summit Trail back to our cars.
